Choice Hotels Announces Armed Services Program Including Elite Gold Status Special BenefitsChoice Hotels International, Inc. is proud to announce a new permanent Armed Services program as part of its Choice Privileges rewards program. 19.11.2008. 10:36 Choice Hotels International Increases Dividend By 9 PercentChoice Hotels International, Inc., (NYSE: CHH) parent company of Comfort Inns, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a 9 percent increase in the quarterly cash dividend on the companys common stock, representing an increase from $0.17 to $0.185 per share, effective with the dividend payable on October 17, 2008 to shareholders of record on October 3, 2008. The increase will result in a projected annual dividend of $0.74 per share for the twelve month period commencing with the fourth quarter of 2008 through and including the third quarter of 2009. The increase represents a 9 percent increase from the dividend per share of $0.68 per annum for the same period of the previous year.

This Hotel is typical of a Comfort inn because they are comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the prices are ridiculously affordable for the package that is received. The proud owners of the new Safford Comfort Inn also own the Manor House and Rocking Horse Saloon, Days Inn, and a Quality Inn. Mary Lou and Dean Krieg have been in the hotel business for 34 years, so they are no strangers to grand openings and packed hotels.
Mary Lou Krieg said, We have always tried to stay in par of Saffords growth, and this is just evidence of our vision. Obviously the Kriegs have done very well in the hotel industry.
The guest rooms of the new Comfort Inn consist of coffeepots, blow dryers, and flat screen televisions. The suites include a wet bar and two flat screen televisions.
